Vesta Health Systems Inc of Vancouver Canada has commenced an arbitration proceeding as of May 6, 2010 with Dolki Korea Ltd. of Wonjou City, South Korea.

Vesta is making claims against Dolki with respect to future business losses and other damages regarding an agreement between the parties for Vesta to be Dolki’s exclusive marketing and distribution partner for all current and future products derived from Dolki’s Intellectual Property.
